Ingredients
Sauce
- 6 oz Tomato Paste (one can)
 - 1.5 cup Water
 - .3 cup Olive Oil
 - 2 cloves Garlic
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 - .5 tablespoon Oregano (dried)
 - .5 tablespoon Basil
 - .5 tablespoon Rosemary (dried)
 
Crust
- 2.66 cup Flour
 - .75 cup Powdered Milk
 - 2 tablespoon Sugar
 - 1 packet Yeast (quick rise)
 - 1.66 cup Water (warm 105-100°)
 - 1 tablespoon Salt
 
Topping
- .5 pound Italian Sausage
 - .5 pound Ground Chuck
 - .5 teaspoon Pepper
 - .5 teaspoon Salt
 - 8 ounces Mozarella Cheese (grated)
 
Instructions
- 1. Make Sauce the night before
 - 2. Preheat oven to 475°
 - 3. Spray pan with Pam and lay parchment paper down. (Pam makes it stick)
 - 4. In a large bowl - flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, salt. (whisk to blend)
 - 5. Add oil to hot water (110-115°) - pour into flour mixture
 - 6. Stir with a wooden spoon until batter forms - don't worry about lumps - you just want no dry spots
 - 7. Spread dough into pan using fingertips til it's even. If dough doesn't want to cooperate let rest 5 min and try again.
 - 8. Bake just crust 8-10 min, remove from oven, set aside
 - 9. Brown meats adding salt and pepper til it resembles crumbles - drain - set aside
 - Sauce all over crust, sprinkle meats, sprinkle cheese
 - 11. Bake at 475° for 8-10 min (til cheese melts and begins to brown
 - 12. Remove from oven - let stand 5 min - cut in slices and serve
